It might not look like it but our fairly recently, somewhat picky eater son loves hummus on crackers for a snack! Grandma Connie first introduced him to it and he was sold.

Here’s a quick recipe I found:

1 16oz can chickpeas
1/4 c of liquid from beans
3-5 tablespoons lemon juice (I actually used 3 of lime juice) 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cilantro

Puree everything in blender or food processor and use as a spread on crackers or a dip for veggies!
